Donna is a wonderful instructor - she takes time and makes so much effort to get to know her learners and how they learn best to make the experience as positive and productive as possible. Lessons are tailored to each individual and Donna is incredibly well organised and thorough, not just teaching how to get through test but equipping you with the right tools to make you a safe, confident learner for life. She is warm, encouraging, reassuring, and has a wonderful sense of humour that sets you at ease. Before I started with Drive To Arrive, I knew nothing about driving but with Donna´s patience and teaching style, I passed first time.
